President's Message

From a young age, my dream was to have a home in the heart of a forest. In 1977 I built my first home on a 97-acre lot in beautiful East Gwillimbury. At that time, I worked very hard as a bricklayer, and together with my wife, raised my four sons. I was very content with life, but my dream was not complete. Something was missing, and so in 1981 I built my first two homes for resale on the very street we lived on. I was so proud of these two homes that I called them “Dreamland Homes.”

From a humble beginning, my sons joining me, and plenty of hard work, together we created many wonderful communities in York Region. In 1999, Dreamland Homes was honoured by being awarded the Reader's Choice Award for Best Builder.

I am proud of my family for their hard work, passion, and values they follow each day. I feel the same about Dreamland Homes. At Dreamland we don't build houses with just cement and wood; we build homes with passion and honesty. A value we keep to this day for both work and family.

To be an owner of a Dreamland home not only means fulfilling your dream, but also ours by becoming part of our family and sharing in the history of Dreamland Homes. It is this history and tradition that my children, and hopefully grandchildren, will be able to carry on by continuing to build homes of unique design and quality, from our family to yours.
